Malik Kavon Clemons, 26, was killed on Tuesday.

Yonkers police have recognized Malik Kavon Clemons because the sufferer of Tuesday night time’s deadly capturing on Warburton Avenue.

Police proceed to investigate the shooting that killed the 26-year-old Yonkers resident and wounded another man near the corner of Glenwood Avenue.

Clemons and another man were among a group of people who were hanging out near 369 Warburton Ave. when shots were fired at them at 9:39 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

Officers arrived and found a 29-year-old Yonkers man who had been grazed in the leg. Clemons was already on his way to St. John’s Riverside Hospital, where police said he was pronounced dead.

Police said the group, including Clemons, may have been targeted. Police said people had been hanging out when two suspects approached and fired several shots before fleeing.
