A Yonkers man admitted to stealing a truck from the Cross County Purchasing Mall in March. 

Jose Alicea, forty, pleaded responsible to 3rd-diploma legal possession of stolen property in  and second-diploma unauthorized use of a car within the Second Diploma, each felonies, in addition to possession of burglar’s instruments and tried petit larceny, misdemeanors.
