A lady who was fatally struck by a van Tuesday morning on Tucson’s west aspect was recognized as Leeann Marie Sanchez, police stated.
Sanchez, 37, was pronounced lifeless on the scene of the crash on West thirty sixth Road, west of South Lands Finish Street.
The neighborhood is west of South Mission Street.
Officers and Tucson Hearth paramedics responded to the world about 6:15 a.m. to a report of a crash involving a pedestrian, stated Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a Tucson Police Division spokeswoman.
Sanchez was discovered within the street, Bay stated.
