Update: Man and son he's suspected of abducting from Mission Viejo believed…

Police have been looking for a 33-yr-previous man suspected of taking his 10-yr-previous son from his Mission Viejo faculty on Wednesday, April 26.

Deputies contacted the daddy on Thursday and consider the pair to be in Mexico.

Orange County sheriff’s deputies stated Thursday that the daddy, Jaime Zepeda, picked up his son, Jaime Huerta, from Linda Vista Elementary Faculty at about 1 p.m. and has not been seen since.

Zepeda and the boy’s mom had a custody association, a deputy watch commander stated. Although particulars of the association have been unclear, he apparently violated a courtroom order saying he was alleged to return the son to his mom by 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Shortly earlier than 10 a.m., Thursday deputies stated that they had contact with the daddy and son, who reported to investigators that he’s protected.

Zepeda is Latino 5-foot-three and about one hundred sixty kilos with black hair and brown eyes. He’s believed to be driving both a gold 2002 Ford F-one hundred fifty with California license plate 8U71467 or a 1997 Toyota Celica with California plate 6FGN527.

The Latino boy is four-foot-1 and weighs one hundred thirty kilos. He was final seen sporting black Adidas shorts, a grey sweater and black tennis footwear and carrying a backpack.

Anybody with details about their whereabouts can name the Orange County Sheriff’s Division at 714-647-7000.
