Tucson mom accused of deliberately scalding daughter, 5

Pima County sheriff’s detectives have arrested a 28-yr-previous Tucson lady, after her daughter was considerably burned by scorching water in a tub, authorities stated.

Samantha Osteraas was booked into the Pima County jail on two counts of suspicion of kid abuse, stated Deputy Ryan Inglett, a sheriff’s division spokesman.
