RAMAPO – A Suffern man has been arrested and recognized because the robed burglar who was caught on digital camera breaking into an Airmont house over the weekend, police stated.
Ramapo police stated they arrested 26-yr-previous Krzysztof Niepostyn on Tuesday and charged him with second-diploma housebreaking, a felony, for breaking into a home early Saturday.
To help their investigation, they had released surveillance video of the suspect, who was seen in a bathrobe climbing through a kitchen window.

Niepostyn was arraigned in Ramapo Town Court and released on $25,000 bail pending a future appearance in Airmont Village Court.
