A person in his 50s was critically injured early Thursday when he was struck in successful-and-run collision in downtown Los Angeles, police stated.
The collision was reported at 12:05 a.m. close to the intersection of Sixth Road and Towne Avenue, stated a desk officer on the Los Angeles Police Division’s Central Visitors Bureau.
The sufferer was crossing Sixth Road in a marked crosswalk when he was struck by an eastbound car that sped from the situation, police stated.
