SAN BERNARDINO >> The motorcyclist decapitated in a freak accident Tuesday morning has been recognized as Fabian Zepeda, 27, of San Bernardino, officers stated.

Shortly after 9 a.m., a person driving a Ford Taurus south on Adams Road simply north of Macy Road misplaced management of his car, hanging a mailbox and driving throughout a house’s yard, stated Sgt. Jeff Harvey with the San Bernardino Police Division.
