Hackettstown 

  • Dino Cancellieri Jr., 20, of Wayne, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 8 at the Bea McNally’s parking lot on Grand Avenue. He was released pending a court appearance. 
  • Tiffany Gramata, 20, of Lodi, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 3 following a motor vehicle stop on Grand Avenue.  She was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and maintenance of lamps. She was released pending a court date. 
  • Michael Mattos, 53, of Independence Twp., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after he was found intoxicated and lying on the walk way on Washington Street on Oct. 2. He was released pending a court date appearance.  
  • Elyse Wiess, 47, of Washington Twp., was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident on Route 57 near Route 182 on Oct. 1.  She was also charged with refusal to submit breath samples and issued summonses for careless driving and failure to exhibit valid insurance. She was released pending a court appearance. 

Denville

  • Jose Hernandez, 31, of Hackettstown, and passenger Kristina Brown, 24, of Hackettstown, were arrested and charged with possession of cocaine following a motor vehicle stop on Route 80 west. Both defendants were released with a pending Denville Twp. Municipal Court date. 

Mount Olive

  • Epiphany J. Alston, 21, of Washington was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 5. According to police reports, Officer Mark Reynolds located a plastic bag with the marijuana and partially smoked cigarette and charged her.  She was also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and issued summonses for failure to maintain lane and CDS in a motor vehicle. She was released pending a court hearing. 
  • Joseph A. Wiltshire, 51, of Bronx, N.Y. was arrested and charged with possession of syringes and heroin on Oct. 4. According to police reports he was also charged with DWIpossession of CDS schedule I-IV, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syring and issued summonses for reckless driving, CDS in a motor vehicle and speeding.
