Police in Tacoma, Washington, arrested a second suspect in reference to the deadly capturing of an Military soldier from Westchester County. 

Randy Louis Donaldson was taken into custody on Monday and charged with  second-diploma homicide, first-diploma assault and first-diploma illegal possession of a firearm. 

The opposite suspect, Marshall Marion Wilson, was arrested final week and charged with the identical crimes. 

They’re accused of fatally capturing Pfc. Da’Quan Foster, a 22 yr previous from New Rochelle, outdoors of a Tacoma restaurant on Oct. 29.

Foster left Latitude 84 Sports Bar & Grill with his wife and friends when Foster and Wilson exchanged words and punches, Pierce County Prosecutor Kathleen Proctor said in the criminal complaint.

Foster’s wife broke up the fight and were leaving the scene when shots were fired, Proctor wrote in the criminal complaint.

Foster was hit by multiple times and died of his gunshot wounds, the criminal complaint says, and his wife was shot in the hand, according to the complaint.

Police collected 13 9mm casings and four .40-caliber casings from the scene, the complaint says. 

Foster was flown back to Westchester County on Tuesday, and funeral arrangements were set by the Pelham Funeral Home for this week.

Calling hours for Foster will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Pelham Funeral Home at 64 Lincoln Ave. in Pelham. A funeral service is set for noon Saturday at Woolworth Chapel at Woodlawn Cemetery at 517 E. 233rd St. in the Bronx.

Foster will then be buried in the cemetery with full military honors at 12:45 p.m. Saturday.
