NEW YORK (AP) — A New York man is accused of referencing the Las Vegas bloodbath whereas making an attempt to extort cash from a Colorado firm.

The U.S. lawyer’s workplace in Brooklyn alleged Wednesday that Victor Casillas despatched emails threatening to “homicide” firm staff.

One Oct. four obscenity-laced e mail stated: “Prepare for a Las Vegas repeat.”

The Las Vegas bloodbath was Oct. 1.

The messages included a photograph of submachine weapons and a silencer, and references to decapitation, a sniper and assassination.

The unidentified firm markets a retail promotions app. Customers can earn a refund by means of buying and referrals.

Prosecutors say Casillas might have tried to fraudulently generate referral bonuses. Additionally they say he complained about losing three hours and tons of of dollars.

Casillas’ lawyer didn’t instantly reply to a remark request.
