A Collier County man was arrested Monday after police say he pointed a gun at a driver in a street rage incident in Naples.

Steven Dekevich, 22, faces a felony cost of aggravated assault with a lethal weapon, in accordance with a Naples Police Division arrest report. 

A person informed police he was driving south close to the 600th block of tenth Road North round three:30 p.m. when he stopped behind a black Honda Accord. The Accord was stopped within the roadway for “an prolonged time period,” and visitors began backing up behind it, the report states.

The person advised police he honked his horn and tried to drive across the Accord, however the driver moved the automotive and tried to maintain the opposite car from passing, in accordance with the report.

The driving force of the Honda, later recognized as Dekevich, pointed a black firearm on the man, the report states.
