A College Park mom has been charged with tried homicide and youngster abuse for allegedly stabbing her 6-month-previous daughter with a pair of scissors.
Maria Mendez, 39, is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon on the downtown Los Angeles courthouse on two counts every of tried homicide and youngster abuse, and one rely of assault with a lethal weapon for an alleged assault on her husband, in response to the Los Angeles County District Lawyer’s Workplace.
