An East Naples man who was excessive on acid, operating via yards and wading as much as his neck in a neighborhood pond was arrested Saturday after he was accused of preventing with Collier County deputies.

Deputies stated they repeatedly shocked Sebastian Cuesta with a stun gun to regulate and arrest him.

Cuesta, 21, of the 200 block of Manor Boulevard, faces felony costs of battery on a regulation enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.

Round 5:30 p.m., deputies have been referred to as to a house on Plantation Circle the place a person, later recognized as Cuesta, was operating by means of individuals’s yards, yelling and never making sense. When deputies arrived, Cuesta was in a pond as much as his neck, arising and down and writhing, in line with an arrest report.

When Cuesta approached the side of the pond, a deputy grabbed his arm. Cuesta punched the deputy in the head and began fighting with other deputies, reports said.

One of the deputies deployed his stun gun, but Cuesta continued to fight. The deputy then deployed his stun gun three full cycles before the other deputies could handcuff Cuesta, who was transported to NCH Downtown Naples Hospital where he continued to fight and yell at hospital staff.

Cuesta told hospital staff he had dropped acid, reports said.
