A suspected drunken driver was arrested early Thursday after crashing his automotive into the Downey Metropolis Library, police stated.
The person was not harmed within the crash, which occurred at 1:33 a.m. on the library, situated at 11121 Brookshire Ave., stated Downey Police Sgt. Mike Parino. He was the one occupant within the car when he crashed into the unoccupied library, Parino stated.
Police have been investigating the reason for the crash however Parino stated the person was arrested on the scene on suspicion of being drunk.
The driving force, whose identify was not instantly launched, was arrested Wednesday on a minor visitors warrant and launched, Parino stated.
