LA VERNE >> Three males in a stolen minivan led police on a chase that ended with the culprits crashing right into a fence Thursday night time. Officers discovered the trio hiding in backyards.

La Verne police stated the Toyota Sienna was stolen out of Los Angeles.

La Verne Police Sgt. Jason Prows stated Nazarius Teh, 18, of Lancaster, Kyle Harvey, 19, of Palmdale and Dequan Williams, 18, Palmdale have been arrested on suspicion of possessing a stolen automotive, obstructing or resisting an officer and misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Prows stated Teh was handled for a canine chew whereas Williams was handled for minor accidents.

The three males have been being held at La Verne jail on a bail of $25,000 every.
