Police stated Wednesday the eighty two-yr-previous driver of an SUV might but face costs after his car fatally struck a Provo, Utah pedestrian in Lengthy Seashore after which dragged the sufferer underneath the SUV for a full block earlier than being stopped by a regulation enforcement officer.
Based on Lengthy Seashore Police, Dee Frank Daley, 60. was strolling east on Seventh Road, trying to cross Park Avenue from the southwest nook to the southeast nook, when he was struck by a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer about 1:20 a.m.
