A Collier County sheriff’s deputy stated he used a Taser on a homeless lady Tuesday after she tried to money a $300 cast verify at an East Naples financial institution and fled.

Eleanor A. Colon, 24, faces expenses of uttering a cast instrument, grand theft and resisting a regulation enforcement officer with out violence.

The deputy reported that he arrived on the Areas Financial institution department within the 4900 block of U.S. forty one E. about 2:forty five p.m. after a financial institution worker referred to as a few lady making an attempt to money what seemed to be a cast examine.
