A 22-year-old Garnerville man was arrested this week in connection with the robbery of a cab driver.
Demond Vaughan took money from a cab driver on Nov. 12 when the cabbie took cash out to give Vaughan change, Orangetown police said.
Orangetown detectives, with the assistance of Spring Valley, Ramapo and Haverstraw police departments, conducted an investigation and charged Vaughan with third-degree robbery, a felony, and criminal possession of stolen property.
He was arraigned in Nyack Justice Court and is remanded at the Rockland County Jail.
