GREENBURGH – Police stated two Hartsdale males are dealing with felony costs after officers discovered six kilos of marijuana following a drug sale on the town.

Joseph Mojica, 29, and Antoine Wagner, 29, have been arrested on Wednesday after Greenburgh police stated the pair made a drug deal close to the nook of North Washington Avenue and West Hartsdale Avenue.

Police stated members of the Greenburgh Road Crime Unit noticed Wagner, who was driving a grey Honda HR-V, hand a number of packages of marijuana to Mojica, who was driving a grey BMW 530i, round eleven:20 a.m.

Police stated officers discovered about three kilos of marijuana in Mojica’s automotive and greater than $5,000 in money between the 2 males. Three extra kilos of marijuana have been discovered when officers then searched each males’s houses on North Washington Avenue, police stated.

Each males’s automobiles have been impounded, and police stated their investigation led to a 3rd automotive, a Jaguar XF, additionally being impounded.

Wagner was charged with first-diploma legal sale of marijuana and two counts of second-diploma legal possession of marijuana, felonies. Mojica was charged with two counts of second-diploma legal possession of marijuana.

Each males have been being held pending arraignment in Greenburgh City Courtroom.
