New York State Police made a felony drug and weapon arrest in Bedford over the weekend. 

On Sunday, Anthony Mathis, a 50-yr-previous New Windsor, NY, man was pulled over on Interstate 684 after state police acquired studies of erratic driving, state police stated. 

State troopers situated the erratic driver, who turned out to be Mathis, and clocked him going 15 mph over the velocity restrict, state police stated. 

In the course of the interview, troopers decided he was allegedly driving drunk and later allegedly discovered sixty one grams of Oxycodone and 4 hid daggers, police stated. 

Mathis was arrested and arraigned in North Citadel city courtroom on felony fees of third-diploma felony possession of a managed substance with intent to promote, fourth-diploma legal possession of a managed substance and third-diploma legal possession of a weapon in addition to a misdemeanor cost of DWI. 

He was remanded to Westchester County Jail with no bail.
