With a few dozen cops watching, two New Rochelle males have been arraigned immediately on an indictment in reference to the September capturing of a Yonkers police officer.
Frank Valencia, 18, faces a number of fees, together with tried homicide, after Officer Kayla Maher was shot in the jaw during a shootout in the Park Hill section of Yonkers on Sept. 25.
