Two males and a lady have been arrested Friday in connection to a slaying in December of a person south of Tucson, authorities stated.
Jessica Rodriguez, 26, and Aaron Heath, 35, have been arrested in Tucson and Rodriguez’s brother, Joel Rodriguez, 28, was arrested in Phoenix, stated Deputy Cody Gress, a Pima County Sheriff’s Division spokesman.
Heath was booked into the Pima County jail on suspicion of first-diploma homicide, and Jessica Rodriguez was booked on suspicion of conspiracy to commit first-diploma homicide, stated Gress. Joel Rodriguez was booked into the Maricopa County jail on suspicion of first-diploma homicide, Gress stated.
Detectives served a number of search warrants in Tucson and Phoenix in the course of the investigation of the capturing dying of Richard Jensen, 36, on Dec. eleven within the one thousand block of East Fenley Drive.
The neighborhood is west of South Nogales Freeway and south of East Previous Vail Street.
Deputies responded to the capturing scene shortly after 2 p.m. and located Jensen with a number of gunshot wounds. Jensen was handled on the scene by deputies till paramedics arrived and transported him to a hospital the place he was pronounced lifeless.
Murder detectives discovered from witnesses that a car fled the scene and it was occupied by two males.
Gress stated the investigation is constant.
