2 hikers lost in Topanga State Park rescued by helicopters

Two hikers who turned misplaced in deep terrain in Topanga State Park in Pacific Palisades have been rescued by helicopters Friday.

A lady in her 40s and a person about 30 years used a cellphone to name for assist simply after 7 p.m., stated Amy Bastman of the Los Angeles Hearth Division.

LAFD helicopter pilots noticed the pair and Los Angeles County Hearth Division helicopters have been used to hoist them to security at about 7:35 p.m., Bastman stated.

Neither hiker required hospitalization, Bastman stated.
