1,000 rounds of live ammo found during Pomona house fire, according to reports

Firefighters placing out a contents hearth at a single-story house in Pomona Sunday found some reside ammunition in a entrance room on the residence.

It was not instantly recognized if the ammunition was discovered within the room or space the contents hearth occurred, in line with Inspector Gustavo Medina of the Los Angeles County Hearth Division.

Firefighters dispatched at 12:06 p.m. to the seven hundred block of East Lincoln Avenue had the hearth out at 12:25 p.m., Medina stated.

No accidents have been reported.
