A suspect in a Muldoon capturing that left one man lifeless and one other injured turned himself in to Anchorage police Friday, Anchorage District Lawyer Clint Campion confirmed. The Anchorage Correctional Complicated stated 23-yr-previous Christopher Birotte was booked round four p.m. Friday. He’s charged with second-diploma homicide and second-diploma assault.
Police stated 19-yr-previous Tiwan Johnson Jr., and one other man arrived on the hospital with gunshot wounds early Tuesday morning. Johnson died later that day. The opposite individual, who police haven’t named, is predicted to get well.
They have been shot within the Brown Jug liquor retailer parking zone close to one hundred Muldoon Street, based on APD.
An arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Anchorage jail courtroom.
